As a singer with Southern California Master Chorale, I understand that:

1. I am responsible for payment of $300 as annual dues for the 2025-26 musical season. (50% discount for students.)
2. Dues are necessary to help offset some operating costs for Southern California Master Chorale.
3. I am committed to regular, on-time attendance at all rehearsals, weekend workshops, music festivals, dress rehearsals and concerts as scheduled by the Artistic Director, unless the Director excuses my participation. In the event that I am excused from a concert and/or its rehearsals. 
4. My absence does not alter the amount required for annual dues.
5. I am expected to sell at least two tickets to each performance, as outlined in the Singers Handbook.
6. Furthermore, I agree to abide by all the rules and conditions outlined in the Singers Handbook found on the Members page of the website at socalmasterchorale.org.
7. I must return all loaned music at the end of each concert, or earlier in the event I need to quit the choir, failing which I expect to invoiced for the loss to Southern California Master Chorale.
8. This contract, signed by each singer, is due on or before September 2, 2025.
9. Your first payment is equivalent to your signed contract.
